Radial fans

One of the main parts of radial fans is a centrifugal impeller with blades, which provides sufficient air intake in the axial direction and airflow perpendicular to the rotation axis. The fan casing converts kinetic energy of the conveyed material into pressure energy. Radial fans are stored on a pedestal with vibration compensators. Fan input and output are equipped with flexible joints to prevent vibrations from spreading from the fan onto piping. To minimize noise, radial fans are placed in an absorbing monoblock. Fans produced by our company are divided into fans and transport fans.

Radial fan

A radial fan with rotor located on the shaft of the electric motor with backward-curved blades and high single exhaust efficiency used for air transport and compression. Only dust-free air can flow through the fan’s impeller. Fans are usually located behind a filtration device.

Power parameters of fans

Exhaust power of our fans begins at 480 m3/h with the smallest fan and goes up to 40 000 m3/h with the larges fan. Filtration units with high exhaust power utilize multiple identical fans connected in a series. Pressure class of our fans begins at 520 Pa and goes up to 16 000 Pa. The most common pressure in standard industrial air extraction applications ranges from 2500 Pa and 6000 Pa.

Radial transport fan

A radial fan with rotor located on the shaft of the electric motor with backward-curved blades and high single exhaust efficiency used for air transport and compression. Air with dust particles can flow through the fan impeller. Fans are often placed in front of the filtration device or in the direction of pneumatic dust transport.
