The extracted flue gases are collected in big bags beneath the individual extraction units. The filtration units are fully insulated and fitted with components that are heat-resistant up to 200 °C.
The industrial filtration design takes into account the requirement for continuous operation.
The entire dust extraction system is controlled by a Simatic control system with remote management capability.
Measurements of the exhaust gases have demonstrated compliance with emission limits, with a sufficient margin in relation to local legislation.
