Kimberly-Clark

Our company has a long-standing partnership with Kimberly-Clark, s.r.o. in the field of industrial extraction and air filtration. Our technologies are installed on production lines that operate almost continuously.

We have utilised almost the entire range of our products for the extraction systems on these production lines.

We have installed CARM GH-ZLD filters, which are used to centralise dust separated from other filtration units, cyclone separators, which ensure the pre-separation of dust particles before they enter the filtration unit, rotary separators installed for the extraction and separation of non-conforming wipes, transport fans and other accessories for the assembly and installation of ductwork.

At Kimberly-Clark, great emphasis is placed on the operational reliability of the installed technology.

Interesting facts:

• In 2016, we worked a total of 6,690 hours on assembly activities for Kimberly-Clark.
• In total, we have installed over one kilometre of ductwork at Kimberly-Clark.
• The total filtration area of the CARM GH-ZLD filters exceeds 900 m².
• At peak times, up to 1,000 wipes per minute pass through our rotary separators.
• During the delivery of materials, our fleet travelled over 5,100 km and our installation technicians covered over 13,000 km.
• In total, we have installed 42 transport fans here with a combined power consumption of 924 kW.
