AIR EXTRACTION AND FILTRATION

This system is designed to report unethical or unlawful conduct. If you have witnessed such conduct, you can use this system to report it to us securely. The reporting system is intended for employees and contractors.

Reports can be made in person, in writing or electronically. 

Reports submitted via our reporting system are handled confidentially, so you need not worry about your identity being revealed. However, we ask that you state your real name and job title. Any personal data contained in your report will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations. Please do not provide any personal data that is not relevant to the report. We guarantee you the utmost discretion throughout the entire process of handling the report. Whistleblowers are entitled to protection under Act No. 171/2023 Coll., the Whistleblower Protection Act. We will not disclose your identity to any third party without your consent. In cases where the law requires it, we must disclose your identity to public authorities. We will inform you of this in advance.

Please only submit a report if you have reasonable grounds to believe that the information is true. Submitting a knowingly false report constitutes an offence and may result in disciplinary action or a claim for damages. Knowingly false reports are not covered by legal protection. When making a report, please be as specific as possible and describe the individuals and the situation in detail. If possible, please also upload any attachments. Each report will be assigned a verification code. Please keep this code safe; you can use it to send further information regarding the case, communicate with the relevant person or track the progress of the case.

We will inform you that your report has been received within seven days. Within thirty days, we will let you know how your report has been dealt with.

CIPRES FILTR BRNO s.r.o., as the obligated entity, does not accept reports from persons who do not carry out work or any other similar activity for the obligated entity.
