One of the main components of a radial fan is the impeller, which comprises blades that draw in air in the axial direction and discharge it at right angles to the direction of rotation into other parts of the industrial ventilation system. The function of the spiral casing is to convert the kinetic energy of the conveyed medium into pressure energy. Radial fans are flexibly mounted on a base using vibration compensators. Both the inlet and outlet of the fan are usually fitted with a flexible coupling to prevent the transmission of vibrations into the ventilation ductwork. To reduce noise levels, radial fans are typically housed in a sound-attenuating monoblock. The fans we manufacture are divided into radial air fans and radial transport fans.

The most common operating pressure values in standard industrial extraction applications range from 2,500 Pa to 6,000 Pa.
